Regarding receipts

Defective products
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products, but we will accept exchanges or returns only if the product is damaged or if there is a problem with the delivered product.
Sales Quantity
Some products are sold in limited quantities. Please note that it may not be possible to purchase them in some cases.
Delivery time
Although it depends on the order status, we usually deliver within 2 to 4 weeks after confirming payment. If you are in a hurry, please use the "Express Finish" with a delivery time of 1 week. We will do our best to deliver on your requested date.

Payment Deadline
For bank transfers, within one week of placing the order.
For cash on delivery shipments, upon receipt of the product.
For invoice payments, transfer within 30 days at the latest from the end of the month closing.
Return Period
Returnable items (items recognized as defective as described above) must be returned within 7 days. We do not accept returns of non-returnable items, non-exchangeable items, or items for which more than 7 days have passed since their arrival.
Cancellation / Refund
For order cancellations, please contact us by email or phone within 1 week.
Return Shipping Fee
We sincerely apologize, but the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee. However, for defective products, we will bear the cost.

About payment methods
Credit card payment
Usable credit card companies
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB credit cards. Payments will be automatically debited from your designated account in accordance with the terms and conditions of each credit card company.
Credit card payment processing is handled by Stripe. Credit card information entered on the payment page is stored by the credit card payment processing company.
We do not send credit card usage statements. Please check your usage statement sent by the credit card company.
Cash on Delivery
We use Yu-Pack cash on delivery shipping. The cash on delivery fee is a flat rate of 290 yen. If acceptance of cash on delivery is refused, it will be considered a nuisance and legal action will be taken.

Please transfer the total amount to the account below. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the transfer fee. Please note that production will begin after payment is confirmed.
