Custom Order Process
1 Add your desired product to the shopping cart, fill in the required information, and complete your order.
2 Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please fill in your requests on the order form in the email, attach the image you want to be turned into a painting, and reply to the email.
*Important*
Customers who order using a mobile email address (e.g., @docomo.ne.jp, @ezweb.ne.jp, @i.softbank.jp) frequently experience issues such as not receiving emails or being unable to send images. We recommend registering with a PC email address, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.
3 Once we confirm your requests and photo images, we will proceed with production (if your payment method is bank transfer, production will begin after payment confirmation).
4 It usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the time you place your order until completion. If you are in a hurry, please use our "Express Finish" service.
5 Once your work is completed and shipped, we will notify you by email.
How to choose images for illustration
We cannot realistically draw from blurry, overly dark, or low-resolution photos because we are essentially turning the image into a painting. Please send the largest, highest-resolution image possible.
Please send images that are bright and clear in detail. We cannot depict details from images that are dark and underexposed, generally blurry, or have a completely black windshield.
Since I will be enlarging the image to draw the details, please avoid images that look clear when viewing the entire car body but become blurry when enlarged. I draw at a very high magnification.
