How can I commission an illustration?

Please add the desired product to your cart from the product page and complete your purchase. You will receive an automatic reply email; please attach the image you would like to be illustrated and write your requests in that email, then reply.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks. If delivery will be delayed, we will display an estimated delivery time on the website. If you need your order sooner, please use our express service (delivery within 1 week).
I'd like to have a person and a background drawn along with the car. How should I place my order?

Please add the "Add one person" and "Add background" products to your cart along with your desired size product, and complete your order.
Can you draw four cars on one page?

Yes, you can. You can draw up to two A4-sized images, or up to four A3-sized or larger images.
Is it possible to have you draw just one car from a picture that has two cars in it?

Yes, I can.
Can I change my license plate number to a preferred one?

Yes, you can change it. Please tell us your preferred number when ordering.
I don't have a photo with the car, person, and background all together. Can you draw it from separate photos?

Yes, I can combine separate photos into a single drawing.
How should I submit a request?

Please check the "Order Production Process" for specific details.
I only have printed photos. What should I do if I want you to draw from them?

Please mail the photo to this address, or send us the photo data taken with a digital camera via email.
Could you also draw the helmet and gloves that are with the motorcycle?

Yes, I can draw them. Small items can be drawn for free.
The image shows a side bag, but could you please not draw it?

Even if an object is present in the image, it is possible to omit it from the drawing.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is free. Since the original artwork will be obscured by the wrapping, we will also include a copy for your confirmation.
Is it possible to make a request by email or phone?

Yes, it is possible. If you make your request via email or phone, please pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
I want to give a surprise gift, but I don't have a good image. Can you draw one for me?

I can draw it, but I cannot realistically depict parts that are not clearly visible.
What is the difference between A4 and 2L size?

Sample images in 2L size and A4 size.
A4 Size

You can draw in fine detail, resulting in a distinct, well-defined finish.

2L Size

I cannot draw out fine details like subtle color differences. The final result will have a blurry feel to it.
Can you draw things other than cars and motorcycles?

Yes, I can draw it. Please consult me before placing an order.
Can I add my team or shop logo?

In addition to manufacturer logos, you can also include team or store logos. If you send us an image of the logo you want to include, we will reproduce it as is.
The edges of the image are cut off, could you please draw them in?

If there are other images showing the missing parts, it is possible to combine them to create the drawing.
Do you accept invoice payments?

Corporate, sole proprietor, and public institution customers can pay by invoice.
Can I have it held at the post office?

If you provide the address of your preferred post office as the shipping address, we will send it to that post office for collection.
